I have been teaching “positive thinking” for many years and would like to think I have helped and continue to help many people. I somewhat feel uneasy to call this positive thinking for me it is more about feeling. Feeling love and happiness in your heart and soul. When we are in this state, we send out unseen energy or vibration and what we sent out we attract.
One of my first lessons I talk about the Human Brain, thoughts, feelings and vibrations or human energy. Energy or vibration is everything. Understanding this concept will change your life. You may tut, think I’m cuckoo that’s ok. I only ask you to be open minded.
Think about it like this. Forget your body for now; let’s go into your head. We all have thoughts and an internal voice that is unique. My internal chatterbox as I call it is different to yours. Why? Throughout my life I have seen, felt, experienced many things. Your life is your life and therefore you will have your own blueprint. Your internal voice or chatterbox reacts to your years of conditioning, beliefs, values as does mine.
For example. When I asked the question “keep an open mind” your internal voice may have screamed “what the F…!!”, or “mmm, should I?” or “Yes, I will give it a go”, I could go on.
Similarly, it’s Sunday evening as I am writing this article and some of you may be feeling low as its work in the morning, happy because you are going on holiday or retired or love your job. Scared as you have an interview or important appointment or meeting. Whichever scenario, your internal voice will react as to how you feel, because you have thought about the given situation, problem etc.
So, we think, which leads us to feel and from this we send out an unseen energy (because it is a feeling and you can’t see a feeling). It’s like a radio wave, WIFI, waves of feelings good or bad that come from you and spread out into the atmosphere, the air and beyond. Some say that’s what we are made of thoughts and feelings, swirling around, one big universe of consciousness.
In simple terms. Let’s say you are happy today. You say hello to everyone you meet and smile. You feel very helpful; everything is going well. So, your thoughts and feelings are happy, the energy or waves you send out are good ones. Guess what, your day continues that way and you attract more happiness from others. The waves of goodness attract other waves of goodness. You will probably feel strong because you are in a good mood so if anyone is rude or says something untoward you will just simply let it go.
The following day you wake up and your thoughts are dark. What I mean you feel sad; your mood is low. Perhaps its work? It’s raining, again! You ate too much cake at the weekend, and you are going to get weighed tomorrow whatever the reason, you feel off it. You go downstairs and feel irritable, have no patience with the kids, the dog the other half. The waves of emotion if they continue in the same way i.e. if you don’t change your thinking and feeling will attract more bad situations. The day begins as it ends. If someone is rude to you, in a low mood, you will bite back
But here is the thing, you can change your thoughts at any time. Your feelings and those unseen waves change. Your mood changes. Choose the feelings you want to attract; I know which ones I will choose.
Try this. Next time when you feel upset, worried think of the opposite of what you think is happening. For example, you’ve lost your favourite necklace, imagine you have it. You feel under the weather, see yourself as well. You are worried about an interview, see yourself feeling confident. It may seem impossible to surrender your thoughts but this we must in order to change the frequency. The frequency we need to focus on is that of love, faith and happiness; anything else simply is unnecessary. Take hold of your personal remote control, tune into the happy station, only you can.
